通过设立专业化分公司,把生产要素向专业化分公司归集,实现资产的集中管理和内部市场化的配置和服务。近年来,中铁五局针对项目施工管理面临的新问题、市场环境发生的新变化,结合企业实际,努力探索一条成功的项目管理之路。通过几年的实践,我们深深感到,项目管理水平直接决定着企业的生存与发展,专业化队伍建设和运作是项目管理的基石,必须坚持并不断完善,才能实现建筑企业的科学发展。
Through the establishment of specialized branch offices, the production elements are grouped into specialized branches to realize the centralized management of assets and the deployment and service of internal marketization. In recent years, according to the new problems that the construction management of the project faces and the new changes in the market environment, China Railway 5 Bureau tries hard to explore a successful project management approach. After several years of practice, we deeply feel that the project management level directly determines the survival and development of enterprises. The construction and operation of specialized teams are the cornerstone of project management. We must insist and improve continuously to achieve the scientific development of construction enterprises.
