In order to investigate the effect of superoxide dismutase on experimental fracture healing, this paper examines the changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in rats before and after experimental fracture, and observes the effect of exogenous superoxide dismutase Morphological changes of callus tissue cells. The results showed that the activity of superoxide dismutase in rats after fracture was significantly lower than that before fracture (P <005). Exogenous superoxide dismutase could increase the content of capillaries in early callus, Fibroblasts are active, matrix calcification is rapid, complete, and bony callus occurs early. Superoxide dismutase is believed to promote fracture healing.
