以Cr25Ni5Mo2Cu3RE双相不锈钢为对象,采用金相显微镜、万能拉伸试验机、冲击试验机和恒电位仪分析测试手段,研究了Mn含量对Cr25Ni5Mo2Cu3RE双相不锈钢的显微组织、力学性能及腐蚀性能的影响规律。结果表明,奥氏体含量随Mn含量的增加先增多后减少,力学性能和耐电化学腐蚀性能随着Mn含量的增加先增大后降低;当Mn含量在0.6%~0.8%时,Cr25Ni5Mo2Cu3RE双相不锈钢的综合性能最好。
