With the rapid development of hydraulic technology, many serious fires occurred in the process of using petroleum-based working oil abroad, resulting in great losses. Therefore, the anti-flammable working oil has been gradually developed in the past three decades and mainly used in the fields close to the sources of ignition Or high temperature hydraulic equipment. The United States in 1974 the amount of industrial working oil is about 750,000 tons, of which the amount of fire-resistant working oil accounts for about 5 to 10%. In Japan, the total amount of phosphate ester and water-ethylene glycol fire-resistant working oil was about 1,100 tons in 1967 and about 5,000 tons in 1971, equivalent to about 3% of the amount of petroleum-based working oil. At present, anti-burn oil has been used in metallurgy, metal processing, mining, power generation, machinery manufacturing, wood, plastic, aviation, shipping and pipeline transportation and other departments are expected to continue to expand its use.
