我国黄河含砂量占世界各河流的首位。座落在黄河上的各水电站,因泥砂磨损与汽蚀的破坏有时被迫停机,每年少发电近十亿度,估计损失10~20亿元。 金属陶瓷具有良好的抗磨蚀性,且有可焊性,这些特性构成了可能在水轮机上用作耐磨蚀材料的条件。有多种陶瓷材料硬度高于长石、石英砂,但很难把它牢固地与母材连接成一体。而合金材料有好的可焊性,但硬度都很低,经不住高硬度泥砂颗粒的磨损。有机抗磨材料则往往由于汽蚀的强大破坏力使它们脱落。作者配制了一种硬度高、抗汽蚀性能好而又容易焊接的金属陶瓷片,用钎焊工艺贴在800kw水轮机叶片上,在泥砂含量与黄河
