针对目前冲剪切缝合机的设计,分析其冲剪切的内在机理及影响冲剪力大小的因素,通过实验及仿真数据分析建立了板材厚度与冲剪力的图表关系以及冲模间隙与冲剪力的图表关系,从而定性定量的分析了冲剪力与冲剪材料和冲剪间隙这两个主要影响因素之间的关系,进而对冲剪条件的建立以及优化冲剪结构等给予分析说明,以有利于辅助冲剪机构设计时应考虑冲剪切本身的固有特征的要求,以寻求最佳的、可靠的、简单的、稳定的冲剪切机构,以满足现代高效生产的需要。
According to the current design of punching and cutting machine, the internal mechanism of punching and cutting and the factors affecting the punching shear strength are analyzed. The relationship between the sheet thickness and the punching force and the relationship between die gap and punching shear are established through the experiment and simulation data analysis. The relationship between the two main influencing factors of punching shear force and the punching shear material and the punching shear gap is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Then the analysis of the punching shear conditions and the optimization of the punching shear structure are given In order to assist the design of the auxiliary punching mechanism, the inherent characteristics of punching and cutting should be considered in order to seek the best, reliable, simple and stable punching and cutting mechanism to meet the needs of modern and efficient production.
