为解决特近距煤层群分层开采技术难题,汾西河东矿采用大采高联合开采工艺,回采巷道断面超过20m2,支护难度显著增大;本文从选择巷道掘进方式,分析影响大断面煤巷稳定性影响因素出发,提出大断面煤巷支护采用全断面高预应力锚杆(索)支护技术。现场试验表明:掘进期间巷道顶底板最大位移122mm,两帮最大移近176mm,及时给锚杆(索)施加高主动预应力,围岩保持稳定,成功地解决了大断面煤巷支护难题。
In order to solve the technical problems of the stratified mining with close-spaced coal seams, the large-scale mining combined mining technology is adopted in the east of Fenxihe coal mine. The cross-section of the mining roadway exceeds 20m2 and the degree of support is significantly increased. In this paper, Based on the influencing factors of lane stability, the paper puts forward the technology of full-section high prestressed bolt (cable) support for large section coal roadway support. Field tests show that the maximum displacement of roof and floor of roadway during excavation is 122mm and the maximum displacement of two supports is nearly 176mm. The high prestressing force is applied to the anchor rod (cable) in time and the surrounding rock stays stable. The problem of large section coal roadway support is successfully solved.
