以人的骨肉瘤培养细胞建立动物骨的骨肉瘤移植瘤模型,现国内外尚未见报道,并在国内首先建立分泌抗骨肉瘤细胞单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞系,同时在此基础上标记~(125)I对骨肉瘤移植瘤模型动物进行ECT定位观察。 本实验用已建系的HOS-8603骨肉瘤培养细胞接种NC裸鼠下肢骨的骨髓腔内,建成动物骨的骨肉瘤移植瘤模型。骨移植瘤病理改变为骨母细胞型,光镜下瘤细胞异形性明显,有骨样组织,AKP染色阳性。电镜见瘤细胞及核形状均不规则,粗面内质网较多,线粒体不等并有退化改变,还是纵横交
It has not been reported at home and abroad that human osteosarcoma cultured cells are used to establish an osteosarcoma transplant tumor model of animal bones. The hybridoma cell line that secretes anti-osteosarcoma cell monoclonal antibodies was first established in the country, and markers were based on this.
