新课改要求小学数学教师,必须改变传统的低效的课堂模式,革新教学理念,在教学方法上努力创新,遵循小学生的认知规律,抓住他们的好奇心,着力提高小学生学习数学的积极性。在精心设计的教学过程当中,使高效的教学时间在实际花费的教学时间中占有的比重要比较大,教学的任务量能让绝大多数学生吸收掌握,努力使课堂教学过程出现的负面影响降至最低。总之,想尽一切行之有效的教学手段,调动学生的智商与情商,以及行动力,形成最有效率的学习力。
