机器人视觉技术与信息技术一样,在强化产业竞争力方面极为重要.同时,视觉技术与机器人的结合,会大大提高生产效率,最大限度的保证生产中的人身安全.因此,对工业机器人视觉技术的研究具有十分重要的意义.结合实际生产需求,为实现机器人利用视觉技术获取目标工件矢量数据信息,对比分析已有图像处理、轮廓检测、最小外接矩形检测等方法,并加以改进,提出一种较为准确高效的工件矢量数据数据获取方法.试验结果表明,本文方法能够准确快速的对目标工件进行定位,获取矢量数据信息.
