2014年是落实“十二五”规划的攻坚之年,也是全面深化医药卫生体制改革的起步之年。本文以福建省三明市公立医院为研究对象,对三明市公立医院薪酬制度改革进行了研究,深入分析了三明市公立医院薪酬制度的现状、改革取得的成效和存在的问题,提出了在国家医药卫生体制改革的大背景下,进一步完善公立医院薪酬制度的办法与路径。
