提出了一种大型供冷/热管网的优化设计方法,该方法以管网年折算费用最小为目标,建立了年折算费用与管径的单变量非线性函数关系,采用微分法分段求出各管段的优化管径。结合案例,分别采用假定流速法和优化设计方法进行水力计算,结果表明:采用优化设计方法比传统设计方法管径有所放大,但水泵运行能耗降低39.5%,冷/热量损失减少11.2%,管网的年折算费用节省10.1%,具有显著的经济效益。
An optimization design method of large-scale cooling/heating pipe network is proposed. This method takes the minimum annual conversion cost of the pipe network as the goal, and establishes the univariate nonlinear function relationship between the annual conversion cost and the pipe diameter. The optimal pipe diameter for each pipe section. Combined with the case, the assumed flow rate method and the optimized design method were used for the hydraulic calculation. The results show that the optimized design method is larger than the traditional design method, but the pump energy consumption is reduced by 39.5%, and the cooling/heat loss is reduced by 11.2%. The annual savings of pipeline network savings is 10.1%, which has significant economic benefits.
