党的十五大以来,工业企业特别是国有大中型企业的改革,是全党工作的重点,也是众人关注的热点。围绕这个问题,本文试图在理论上作点探索。 改革开放20年来,建筑业取得了巨大的成绩,但同时也存在不少的问题。 尽管这些问题牵涉面比较广,解决的难度比较大,但其本质是没有摆脱计划经济体制的影响,仍实行粗放型的经营机制。因此,要改革,就必须首先更新观念。即是说,要运用马克思列宁主义的基本原理,对企业的各种矛盾进行科学的分析,并从中理出主要矛盾和矛盾的主要方面,促进经营思想和管理机制的更新,才能适应市场经济的要求,使企业走向兴旺发达之路。 根据上述思路,我们提出建筑企业改革的四项基本原则。下面分别作具体论述。

Requirements, to make the company to thrive. Based on the above ideas, we propose four basic principles for the reform of construction enterprises. The following are specific discussions.
