第七冶金建设公司一公司三队在某工程250吨钢筋混凝土圆形水池施工中,采用了受压环内箍无撑支模的新方法,代替了过去常用的立柱平撑支模的方法,从而简化了支承系统,节约木料15.28米~3、人工78个工日,加快了工程进度,保证了工程质量。一、工程概况圆形钢筋混凝土水池容积为250米~3,水池内径为10米,壁高4.6米,壁厚200毫米,用200号防水混凝土浇注。施工图如图所示。
In the construction of a 250-ton reinforced concrete circular pool in a project, a third company team of the No. 7 Metallurgical Construction Company adopted a new method for the compression-free ring inner hoop-free support mold instead of the commonly used method of supporting the pillar support. This simplifies the support system, saves 15.28 m~3 wood and 78 man-days, speeds up the progress of the project and ensures the quality of the project. I. Project Overview The volume of circular reinforced concrete pool is 250m~3, the inner diameter of the pool is 10m, the wall height is 4.6m, and the wall thickness is 200mm. It is poured with No. 200 waterproof concrete. The construction drawing is as shown in the figure.
