目前,我国廉租住房制度取得了积极的进展,但与建立适应社主义市场经济要求的城镇住房新体制相比,任务还很艰巨,任重而道远;与构建社会主义和谐社会的要求相比,还有一定的差距。本着完善廉租房制度的目的,本文通过对廉租房两种传统配租机制——实物配租法和租金补贴法的效用比较分析,为各地政府制定廉租住房实施办法提供指导。
