目的研究波棱瓜子的化学成分。方法运用柱层析进行分离,对所分得的化合物运用波谱数据进行结构解析,并对其进行体外和体内药效学评价。结果从波棱瓜子中分得了一新化合物,命名为波棱素,化学结构鉴定为:3苯并呋喃甲羟基2,3二氢2(4羟基3甲氧基)苯4甲氧基6(2(3羟基4甲氧基)苯3甲羟基2甲基四氢呋喃).药效学研究表明,波棱素对HBsAg,HBeAg和HBVDNA具有显著的抑制作用。结论波棱素显示了广泛的研究和开发前景。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Peripani seeds. Methods Separation was performed by column chromatography. Spectra data were used to analyze the structure of the compounds and their pharmacodynamics were evaluated in vitro and in vivo. Results A new compound was isolated from Pollicia citrulatum and named as wavefrontin. The chemical structure was identified as: 3 benzofuran-2-hydroxy 2,3 dihydro 2 (4 hydroxy 3 methoxy) benzene 4 methoxy 6 ( 2 (3Hydroxy 4methoxy) benzene 3 - hydroxy 2 methyltetrahydrofuran). Pharmacodynamic studies have shown that goptin has a significant inhibitory effect on HBsAg, HBeAg and HBV DNA. Conclusions Wavefrontin shows a wide range of research and development prospects.
