认为大量图书网评的出现在一定程度上缓解了海量图书与有限书评的矛盾,并前所未有地影响着阅读大众的选择,成为现代社会阅读文化的生动体现。其中,图书差评的影响力不容小觑。通过网店图书差评实例分析,对不满意读者评论信息特征进行探讨,以期引起图书相关各方的充分重视,为其积极效用的合理发掘与引导提供参考。
It is considered that the appearance of a large number of online book reviews relieves the contradiction between the mass books and the limited book reviews to a certain extent and influences the choice of reading the public as never before and becomes the vivid manifestation of reading culture in modern society. Among them, the impact of book reviews can not be underestimated. Through the case analysis of book bad reviews in online shop, this paper probes into the characteristics of readers' dissatisfaction information, aiming to arouse the full attention of all parties involved in books and provide reference for the reasonable exploration and guidance of their positive effects.
