通过实验,找到了物料中水分的蒸发速率与周围空气状态的定量关系,建立了比较完整的温室型太阳能干燥装置的动态数学模型,并编制了计算程序,为实现优化控制奠定了基础。利用这一程序计算得到的结果与实验完全一致。
Through experiments, the quantitative relationship between the evaporation rate of the moisture in the material and the surrounding air status was found. A relatively complete dynamic mathematical model of the greenhouse type solar drying device was established and the calculation program was compiled, laying the foundation for achieving optimal control. The results calculated using this procedure are exactly the same as the experiments.
