综放开采煤矸自动识别是实现综放开采技术自动化的关键,为此,提出了采用双能γ射线技术对放顶煤煤矸混合体中的矸石含量进行测定识别。分析了双能γ射线穿过煤矸混合体时的衰减规律,建立了煤矸混合体灰分与含矸量间的量化关系,通过实验的方法对双能γ射线煤矸识别的灰分、含矸率等相关参数进行了实验分析,建立了两者之间的相关关系,同时对仪器响应的实时性进行了验证。结果表明,利用双能γ射线技术对放顶煤煤矸混合流中矸石含量进行实时测定识别是可行的。
The automatic recognition of coal gangue in fully mechanized top coal caving mining is the key to realize the automation of fully mechanized top coal caving mining. Therefore, dual-energy γ-ray technology is proposed to determine the gangue content in the top coal gangue mixture. The attenuation law of the dual-energy γ-ray when passing through gangue mixture is analyzed, and the quantitative relationship between ash content and gangue content of coal gangue mixture is established. By means of the experiment, the ash content of the gangue γ- Rate and other related parameters of the experimental analysis, the establishment of the correlation between the two, at the same time the instrument’s response to real-time verification. The results show that it is feasible to use real-time determination of gangue content in mixed flow of coal gangue by using dual-energy γ-ray technology.
