柔性是蒸汽管道设计中必须考虑的一项重要因素,如果柔性因素考虑不合理,那么就会导致管道局部应力过大,出现泄露及损坏等情况,直接影响蒸汽管道的正常使用。近几年,随着我国工业化程度的不断提升,蒸汽管道的柔性设计也引起了相关部门的高度重视。因此,本文首先对管道柔性设计目的进行介绍,并在此基础上结合实例对具体的设计方法进行探讨,以此来为日后此方面工作的开展提供参考。
Flexibility is an important factor that must be considered in the design of steam pipe. If the flexible factors are not taken into account, flexibility will lead to excessive local stress, leakage and damage, which will directly affect the normal use of the steam pipe. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the degree of industrialization in our country, the flexible design of steam pipe has also drawn the attention of relevant departments. Therefore, this paper first introduces the purpose of pipeline flexibility design, and on this basis, with examples to explore the specific design methods, in order to provide reference for future work in this area.
