金属元素测定济南产枸杞与普通枸杞(由药店购得)经鉴定均为茄科植物枸杞 Lycium chine-nse Mill.的干燥成熟果实。样品经消化处理后,进行原子吸收光谱测试,结果见表1。含糖量测定枸杞样品,85%酒精提取,蒸去酒精后蒸馏水定容,制成枸杞子试液备用。还原糖测定试液加硫酸铜液、酒石酸钾钠加热煮沸,产生 Cu_2O 红色沉淀。过滤沉淀,以硫酸铁溶液全部溶解,用标准高锰酸钾滴定。至溶液呈微红色。根据高锰酸钾用量计算还原糖含量,二次实验平均结果,含还原糖23.1%。总糖测定试液加硫酸煮沸使其水解,氢氧化钠中和,定容。测定同上,计算总糖含量为31.4%。
Determination of metal elements Jinan pupa and common pupa (purchased by pharmacies) were identified as dry mature fruits of the solanaceous plant Lycium chine-nse Mill. The sample was digested and subjected to atomic absorption spectrometry. The results are shown in Table 1. Determination of sugar content of wolfberry samples, 85% alcohol extraction, distillation of distilled water after distilling to volume, made of wolfberry test solution spare. The reducing sugar test solution plus copper sulfate solution and potassium sodium tartrate were boiled to produce Cu 2 O red precipitate. The precipitate was filtered, dissolved completely in iron sulfate solution, and titrated with standard potassium permanganate. To the solution was slightly red. The content of reducing sugar was calculated according to the amount of potassium permanganate. The average result of the second experiment was 23.1% containing reducing sugar. The total sugar test solution was boiled with sulfuric acid to make it hydrolyze, neutralized with sodium hydroxide, and set to volume. As determined above, the total sugar content was calculated to be 31.4%.
