腹部皮瓣及皮片深受外科界的重视，在皮瓣及皮片移植中，皮瓣及皮片内血管构筑尤为重要。本文从临床应用角度综述了腹部皮瓣的血管分支分布及走行特点，腹部皮片内血管构筑和各厚度的量化研究，提出腹壁皮瓣及皮片的切取原则供临床参考。 Abdominal skin and skin flap by the surgical field attention, flap and skin graft, flap and flap within the blood vessels is particularly important. In this paper, we reviewed the distribution of vascular branches and the characteristics of walking in the abdominal flap from the perspective of clinical application, the quantification of the thickness of the blood vessels and the thickness of the flap in the abdominal skin, and proposed the principle of resection of flap and skin flap for clinical reference.
