根据国际市场需求状况及我国花生出口结构情况,目前正是我国花生大力开拓国际市场的大好时机。一是因为世界上主要花生生产国花生产量大减,不能满足国际市场对花生的需求,有利于我国拓展花生出口市场。二是欧盟修改了花生及其制品进口标准,把进口花生原料和花生制品中黄曲霉毒素限量分别由20×10~(-9)和10×10~(-9)统一降至4×10~(-9),同时把进口批量定为4吨～7吨/批。由于其他国家以前对花生黄曲霉毒素限量标准较宽,其花生污染程度较重,欧盟进口标准提高
