The petroleum enterprises in China are not exactly the same in their locality, functions and business philosophy in other countries. They must play a role of energy security in the country. This is the obligation that the oil companies of the country should fulfill and the equal responsibility they should pay for occupying the national resources. But once you go abroad, the color of business becomes even stronger. When returning to business-based oil companies invest overseas, they pay more attention to resource access, profits and returns. However, when China’s petroleum enterprises went abroad, they unwittingly equated the internationalization with the national rejuvenation and added too many feelings to this very rational decision-making.
