The impact of the European debt crisis on the world economy and China’s economy in April 2010 has been quite clear. Unemployment in European debt-ridden countries is high. The entire European economy has almost been in a recession. The U.S. economy has been slowed down and its economic recovery has been stalled for nearly two years Of the time, spread from the original Greek one country to five countries such as Spain and Italy, no fundamental improvement. Although the EU has introduced emergency measures from time to time, these are just “emergency” only. The dark clouds of the European debt crisis are still shrouded in the global economy. This article mainly introduces the causes and development process of the debt crisis in Europe and discusses its possible future trends and highlights its impact on China.
