为了解我省学生集体饮食卫生状况,进一步加强监督管理,防止学生食物中毒,保障广大学生的身体健康和生命安全,1998年7月~8月,根据卫生部《全国学生集体用餐单位食品卫生监督检查方案》,在全省开展了校内外学生集体用餐单位食品卫生状况的调查。现将情况分析如下。
