生物氧化提金法可兼顾黄金资源合理利用及减少对环境的影响。在介绍生物细菌氧化提金工艺的基础上,对提高细菌浸金效果的主要影响因素及生物氧化生产过程中的废物处理进行分析,设计实现基于RS-485总线的分层分布式生物氧化提金监控系统。实践证明:该系统结构简明,运行可靠,便于其他类似项目借鉴和应用。
Bio-oxidation gold extraction method can take into account the rational use of gold resources and reduce the impact on the environment. Based on the introduction of biological bacterial oxidation gold extraction process, the main influencing factors to improve the effect of bacterial leaching of gold and the waste treatment in the biological oxidation production process are analyzed, and the hierarchical distributed biooxidation gold extraction based on RS-485 bus is designed and implemented surveillance system. Practice shows that: The system is concise, reliable, and easy to learn from other similar projects.
