特色教育是提高教育发展质量和效益的一个重要突破口,任何学校的发展,都需要基于本校的优势建立特色,形成本校独特的教育教学形态。只有具有特色,学校才能形成有内涵、有质量的发展。我国自20世纪60年代开始兴起的外语特色教育已经形成了鲜明的教学模式,即“课前导助、课堂辅助、课后协助”的MSF教学模式。其中,课前导助的核心是指明学习的方向,为学生提供可能的路径选择;课堂辅助中教师要最大限度挖掘各个阶段学生的潜能,促进他们语言能力和运用能力的持续发展;课后协助是学生学以致用的阶段,以及形成外语运用能力、把握外国文化内容、形成外语思维的阶段。
Characteristic education is an important breakthrough to improve the quality and effectiveness of education. Any school needs to have its own unique characteristics in education and teaching based on the advantages of its own.
