吸烟和饮酒习惯对唾液某些成分的影响

为了评价吸烟和饮酒习惯对健康人消化功能的影响,调查了一些年轻人的吸烟与饮酒状况并对其唾液中的蛋白质含量及淀粉酶活性进行了测定。观察对象为健康的116名男性和180名女性。于上午10:00~11:00收集受试者空腹吐出的唾液,经3000rpm离心10min,取上清液进行测定,并于几小时内完成。唾液总蛋白含量(g/L)用Commasie蓝染色法测定,淀粉酶活性(IU/ml)采用羧甲基—直链淀粉/DEX法测定。同时,依据受试者的生活方式及日常 To evaluate the effects of smoking and drinking habits on digestive function in healthy individuals, the smoking and drinking status of some young people were investigated and the protein content and amylase activity in saliva were measured. 116 healthy men and 180 women were observed as healthy subjects.
