目的 :观察银杏外种皮多糖制剂对胃癌的临床疗效及超微结构的影响。方法 :2 8例胃癌患者给予银杏外种皮多糖胶囊 ,po,每次 2粒 ,bid ,30d为 1个疗程 ,连服 1~ 3个疗程。治疗前后用电子胃镜观察并测量瘤体大小 ,用透射电子显微镜观察瘤细胞的超微结构 ,用图像分析仪对瘤细胞进行图像分析 ,计算核质比及异染色质面密度 ,同时观察患者的主要临床表现。结果 :银杏外种皮多糖可使胃癌患者的疼痛减轻、食欲增强 ,可使胃癌瘤体缩小 ,抑制率为 4 8% ,有效率为 78.5 %。超微结构观察提示银杏外种皮多糖有诱导癌细胞凋亡和分化迹象。结论 :银杏外种皮多糖制剂对胃癌有治疗作用。诱导癌细胞凋亡和分化可能是其抗肿瘤作用机制之一。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect and ultrastructure of ginkgo exocarp polysaccharide on gastric cancer. Methods: Twenty-eight gastric cancer patients were given ginkgo exocarp polysaccharide capsules, po, two capsules each time, bid, 30d for a course of treatment, and even for 1 to 3 courses. Ultrastructural observation indicated that Ginkgo biloba exocarp polysaccharides induced apoptosis and differentiation of cancer cells. Conclusion: Ginkgo exocarp polysaccharide preparation has a therapeutic effect on gastric cancer. Induction of apoptosis and differentiation of cancer cells may be one of its anti-tumor mechanisms.
