目的:评价骨性Ⅲ类错患者牙尖交错位与后退接触位的头影测量数据差异。方法:选择16例伴下颌有功能性移位的骨性Ⅲ类患者,(RCP位ANB<0°),测量分析治疗前ICP位与RCP位的头颅侧位片。使用SPSS17.0统计软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:在ICP位与RCP位,骨性指标SNB角、颌突角、FMA角、MP-SN角、Y轴角及N-per to Pog距离、ANB角、Wits值、APDI值、反覆盖、ODI值均有显著性统计学差异(P<0.001)。牙性指标U1-L1角(P<0.01),FMIA角(P<0.001)有统计学差异。软组织指标颏前点至零子午线距离(P<0.001),Z角(P<0.01)也有统计学差异。结论:对于存在功能性移位的骨性Ⅲ类患者,术前RCP位头颅侧位片分析对诊断错严重程度和制定治疗方案有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the difference of Cephalometric data between cusp position and receding contact position in patients with skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion. Methods: Twenty - six patients with skeletal class Ⅲ functional dislocation of mandible were selected (RCP ANB <0 °). The cephalometric slices of ICP and RCP before treatment were measured and analyzed. Use SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of the data. Results: There were no significant differences in ICP-RCP, skeletal SNB, jaw angle, FMA angle, MP-SN angle, Y-axis angle and N-per to Pog distance, ANB angle, Wits value, APDI value, ODI values were statistically significant (P <0.001). There were significant differences in dental U1-L1 angle (P <0.01) and FMIA angle (P <0.001). Soft tissue index anterior genitals to zero meridian distance (P <0.001), Z angle (P <0.01) also have statistical significance. CONCLUSIONS: Preoperative analysis of RCP cephalometric slices for the diagnosis of skeletal Class III patients with functional class III dislocation is of great importance in the diagnosis of the severity of malocclusion and the development of treatment regimens.
