从微合金化、宏合金化、细化晶粒 3个方面介绍改善Ni3Si合金脆性的研究进展。微合金化虽可提高Ni3Si的室温韧性 ,但效果并不明显 ;而宏合金化虽可在一定温度范围内提高Ni3Si合金韧性 ,有些元素降低高温韧性或室温韧性 ;细化晶粒提高Ni3Si韧性的效果并不明显。合金成分富Ni化、多元素宏合金化与微合金化相结合是改善Ni3Si有序合金脆性的最佳方法
The research progress of improving the brittleness of Ni3Si alloy is introduced from the aspects of microalloying, macroalloying and grain refinement. Although micro-alloying can improve the room temperature toughness of Ni3Si, but the effect is not obvious; while macro-alloying can improve the toughness of Ni3Si alloy within a certain temperature range, some elements reduce the high temperature toughness or room temperature toughness; refine the grain to improve the toughness of Ni3Si The effect is not obvious. Ni-rich alloy composition, multi-elemental alloying and micro-alloying is the best method to improve the brittleness Ni3Si ordered alloy
