随着外资并购的日益增加,产业安全问题成为舆论的焦点。放眼国际,发达国家对产业安全尤为重视。一向打着“贸易自由化”旗号的美国,把产业安全放在非常重要的地位。联想集团在收购IBM的PC业务时,就受到美国政府的严格审查；中海油试图收购美国的优尼科石油公司,引起美国国会的强烈反对；阿联酋的迪拜港口世界公司,出资68亿美元收购管理美国六个港口码头业务的英国铁行轮船公司。虽然该交易获得了联邦贸易委员会的批准,但是最终遭到国会的强烈反对。
With the increasing foreign M & A, industrial safety has become the focus of public opinion. Looking at the world, developed countries pay special attention to industrial safety. The United States, always advocating the banner of “trade liberalization,” places industrial safety in a very important position.
