变应性亚败血症(Subsepsis allergica)又名Wissler-Fanconi’s 综合征,是以长期反复发热、一过性皮疹、短暂关节肿痛及白细胞增高、血沉增速、血培养阴性为特征的一种综合病征。它不仅累及关节,且可产生结缔组织和内脏病变,临床表现错综复杂,病情反复迁延,早期诊断困难,以致容易误诊而延误治疗。兹报道20例(浙医二院14例,市一院6例)如下,并着重对诊断、鉴别诊断及误诊情况加以讨论,冀进一步提高对本病 Subsepsis allergica, also known as Wissler-Fanconi’s syndrome, is a syndrome characterized by long-term recurrent fever, transient rash, transient joint swelling and pain, leukocytosis, ESR, and blood culture negative . It not only involved the joints, and can produce connective tissue and visceral lesions, clinical manifestations of complex, repeated protracted illness, early diagnosis difficult, so easy to misdiagnosis and delay treatment. It is reported in 20 cases (14 hospitals in Zhejiang and Shanghai, 6 cases in a city hospital) and focus on the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and misdiagnosis to be discussed in order to further improve this disease
