糖尿病性多发性神经病变是内分泌常见的慢性进行性并发症,危害大.治疗糖尿病并多发性神经病变,临床上在利用胰岛素及其强化治疗调控血糖中等良好的基础上,应用了很多方法,但疗效匀欠满意.作者认为有必要选择不仅从代谢机理上促进协同病理性髓鞘的再生作用,又能配合胰岛素治疗,影响微血管糖耐量的变化,微血管内皮重构变化的药物.作者选用爱维(挪威斯伦奈科明有限公司研制)治疗组37例与常规治疗组44例作对照,其疗效进行了数理统计合理分析,现总结报告如下:
