液压阀阀孔沟槽,在液压产品中,起着很重要的作用。其沟槽尺寸的准确性(特别是轴向位置尺寸的精度),将直接影响到产品的密封长度、开口量、泄漏量、流量乃至换向动作的可靠性。故此,要求有先进的切槽工艺。欧美等国家的液压行业,对切槽工艺相当重视,它与主阀孔加工都被列为关键工序。但我国对沟槽的加工,都往往被忽视,工艺落后,加工质量差,生产效率低,劳动强度大。所以必须改进切槽工艺,研制新的切槽刀具,以满足生产的需要。

However, China’s trench processing, are often overlooked, backward technology, poor processing quality, low productivity, labor-intensive. Therefore, it is necessary to improve grooving technology and develop new grooving tools to meet the needs of production.
