我厂生产用的75KVA盐浴炉,从1973年10月采用埋入式电极代替插入式电极以来,经过了三个多月的试用,情况较好,做到了节约用电,增大装炉量,缩短淬火升温时间,炉温一致性较好等。但其开炉时间仍与插入式差不多,冷炉启动(指隔二天开炉)需要10小时;热炉启动(当日中班停炉,次日早班开炉)则要7小时。由于我厂热处理人员少,过去盐浴炉一直采取中班停炉后二挡保温,次日早班开炉,中班进行淬火。鉴于
