本文根据一机部对全国轧钢机齿轮机座的调查,分析了齿轮机座人字齿轮轮齿失效的主要原因。并在此基础上提出了提高齿轮承载能力、延长使用寿命的九方面的措施。其中主要有:改善材料性能及热处理方法,提高齿面硬度,建议用37SiMn_2MoV、35CrMnMoV、50SiMnMoV等材料代替40Cr钢。建议推广中硬齿面(HB=320~350)齿轮;创造条件生产高精度的硬齿面齿轮(HRC=62)。建议将现用9级精度的人字齿轮提高到级8—8—7或7级精度。建议适当减小现有人字齿轮模数。建议用带止推盘的单斜齿轮代替人字齿轮,以提高加工精度和重合度。建议对轮齿进行齿长修形。用120~150号极压齿轮油代替28号轧钢机油进行润滑。
Based on the investigation of a rolling mill gear rack in a country, this paper analyzes the main reasons for the failure of gear rack cogwheel teeth. And on this basis, put forward measures to improve gear carrying capacity and extend the service life of nine aspects. Among them are: improve material properties and heat treatment methods to improve the tooth surface hardness, it is recommended to use 37SiMn_2MoV, 35CrMnMoV, 50SiMnMoV and other materials instead of 40Cr steel. It is recommended to use a single helical gear with thrust plate instead of herringbone gears to improve the machining accuracy and coincidence degree. It is recommended to gear tooth modification. Use 120 to 150 extreme pressure gear oil instead of 28 steel lubrication.
