Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Bladderworm Powder in the treatment of cholestatic liver disease in infants. Methods: 126 cases of cholestatic liver disease were divided into observation group and control group, 63 cases each. Control group was given liver protection, gallbladder and other basic treatment, the observation group in the control group on the basis of the addition of Bladder yeast, treatment were 4 weeks. Comparison of two groups of children with jaundice subsided, liver and spleen retraction time and liver function changes, the overall evaluation of the clinical efficacy. Results: After treatment, Hui children in both groups had a significant improvement in the regression of jaundice, liver and spleen retraction, and the improvement time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of TBIL, DBIL, TBA , ALP, GGT and other indicators were significantly decreased, with the exception of ALT, other liver function indicators were better than the control group (P <0.05 and P <0.01); observation group was significantly higher efficiency, total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.01 ). In children with cholestatic liver disease caused by cytomegalovirus infection, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusions: The combination of Bram yeast spores and basal therapy can improve the liver function of cholestatic liver disease, accelerate the regression of jaundice, and reduce the adverse reactions in the course of treatment.
