随着飞机对安全性的要求不断提高,线缆的磨损、腐蚀等均有可能导致电弧、电火花的产生,逐步认识到燃油箱系统安全性的重要性线束。根据机翼油箱封闭区域的特殊环境要求进行油箱内线束敷设,选用自制金属支架,耐油防静电紧固件。另外,考虑油箱密封要求,线束在过结构孔和密封肋时,使用油箱专用的特殊器件,经试验证明,此设计方式对飞机性能安全可靠。
