采用非均相成核法在PDP用BaAl12O19:Mn2+绿色荧光粉表面包覆MgF2晶体。通过精确控制包覆工艺参数,XRD,SEM和TEM分析表明荧光粉表面包覆一层厚度约40~50 nm均匀致密的MgF2晶体。包覆荧光粉空气中600℃灼烧一小时后相对亮度为99%,抗热劣化性能明显提高。
Heterogeneous nucleation method was used to coat MgF2 crystal on the surface of BaAl12O19: Mn2 + green phosphor for PDP. By precisely controlling the coating process parameters, XRD, SEM and TEM analysis showed that the surface of the phosphor was coated with a uniform and dense MgF2 crystal with a thickness of about 40-50 nm. The relative brightness of coated phosphor in air at 600 ℃ for one hour after ignition is 99%, and the thermal deterioration resistance is obviously improved.
