用离体叶片的相对含水量,相对电导率,气孔扩散阻力,蒸腾强度,硝酸还原酶活性,游离脯氨酸含量及株高,叶面积系数,抗旱指数对6个玉米品种的不同生育时期的抗旱性进行了初步研究,通过相关分析及显著性测验得出,玉米在其一生中,大喇叭口期是抗旱性鉴定的关键时期,相对电导率、相对含水量、蒸腾强度和气孔扩散阻力可作为全生育期抗旱鉴定的重要指标、株高、叶面积系数,硝酸还原酶活性可作为中期鉴定指标,游离脯氨酸含量可作为中、后期的鉴定指标。
The relative water content, relative electric conductivity, stomatal diffusion resistance, transpiration intensity, nitrate reductase activity, free proline content, plant height, leaf area index and drought resistance index of detached leaves were used to study the effects of different growth stages The results of correlation analysis and significance test showed that during the lifetime of maize, the large trumpet period was the critical period for drought resistance identification. The relative conductivity, relative water content, transpiration and stomatal diffusion resistance As an important indicator of drought resistance during the whole growth period, plant height, leaf area index and nitrate reductase activity could be used as mid-term identification index, and free proline content could be used as the identification index of middle and later stages.
