目的 :研究流感病毒临床检测方法,为临床治疗流感病毒提供参考的理论依据。方法 :从医院的发热门诊随机抽选228例作为研究对象,通分别采用了快速检测法及MDCK细菌培养法检查患者的病原体,对流感病毒临床特征进行分析。结果 :使用快速检测法诊断流感病毒,相比较细胞培养方法结果一致性达到了73.9%。结论 :在诊断时采用了快速检测法预测阴性值高、特异性高,和细胞培育法检测值一致率比较高,因此这种方法应在临床治疗上大量使用。 Objective: To study the clinical testing methods of influenza virus and provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of influenza virus. Methods: A total of 228 randomly selected fever clinics in the hospital were selected as study subjects. The rapid detection method and MDCK bacterial culture method were used to examine the pathogens of the patients and the clinical characteristics of the influenza virus were analyzed. Results: Using the rapid test to diagnose influenza virus, the result was 73.9% consistent with the cell culture method. Conclusion: The rapid detection method used in the diagnosis of high negative predictive value, high specificity, and the cell culture method to detect the high rate of consistency, so this method should be widely used in clinical treatment.
