目的:探讨糖尿病健康教育小组在糖尿病患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法:选择2014年6月-2015年4月笔者所在医院进行治疗的糖尿病患者共100例,按随机原则将100例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组患者治疗期间给予糖尿病健康教育小组护理干预,对照组患者仅给予常规临床护理干预。结果:两组患者护理后的空腹血糖水平和餐后2 h血糖水平均得到了改善,但观察组患者的以上两项指标改善程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的饮食控制依从性、服药依从性、血糖监测依从性、锻炼依从性和足部管理依从性均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的低血糖、酮症酸中毒并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病健康教育小组护理干预能够显著地提高患者的自我管理水平,从而促使其血糖水平控制在较为合理的范围内,显著降低患者的并发症发生率,应用效果显著。
Objective: To investigate the effect of diabetes health education group in clinical nursing of diabetic patients. Methods: A total of 100 diabetic patients treated at the author’s hospital from June 2014 to April 2015 were selected. According to the randomized principle, 100 patients were divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were given diabetes nursing education during the treatment period, while patients in the control group were given only routine clinical nursing intervention. Results: Both fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2-h blood glucose levels were improved in both groups. However, the improvement of the above two indexes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05) . Diet control compliance, medication compliance, blood glucose monitoring compliance, exercise compliance and foot management compliance in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of hypoglycemia and ketoacidosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention in diabetes health education group can significantly improve patients’ self-management level, so as to control their blood glucose level within a reasonable range and significantly reduce the incidence of complications in patients with significant effect.
