目的对新疆某三级甲等医院的2002-2006年的综合效益,从业务指标、资源配置及经济效果三方面进行评价。方法用TOPSIS法评价该院的综合效益。结果在2002-2006年业务指标评价中,该院2005年业务评价的效果最好,2002年最差;2006年资源配置评价的效果最好,2002年最差;2005年经济效果评价的效果最好,2004年最差。结论医院管理者需找出原因,采取措施促进医院综合效益的提高。
Objective To evaluate the comprehensive benefits of a three-tiered hospital in Xinjiang from 2002 to 2006, from three aspects: business indicators, resource allocation, and economic effects. Methods The TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of the hospital. Results In the evaluation of business indicators from 2002 to 2006, the hospital’s business evaluation in 2005 had the best results, and it was the worst in 2002. In 2006, the evaluation of resource allocation was the best, and it was the worst in 2002; the effect of economic effectiveness evaluation in 2005 was the highest. Well, the worst in 2004. Conclusion Hospital managers need to find out the reasons and take measures to promote the comprehensive benefits of the hospital.
