本文探讨了微束等离子焊接在医疗手术器械方面的应用,沈阳医疗器械厂所生产的手术器械,材料为不锈钢,其来源主要靠日本进口。而生产中的废品率达28~30%,每年发生废品约为10万件左右。如将这些废品修复,将会给国家节省大量外汇,是很有意义和价值的。此外,手术器械的钳类的“轴”原为铆接工艺,工效低,生产周期长。为此,我们对“铆轴”改为“焊轴”进行了研究。现在已成功地进行了小批投产,制出了第一批“焊轴”产品。将微束等离子弧焊接工艺首次应用于手术器械生产上,并有所突破,提高了工效,缩短了生产周期,节省了人力。在小批投产中我们共修复了“1920”件(包括各种类型和规格)手术器械废品,手术钳的“焊轴”300件。小批投产中有95%是合乎质量要求的。实践表明,微束等离子弧焊接应用于手术器械生产中是很有前途的焊接工艺。两年来,通过研制设备及大量工艺实验,进而小批试投产取得了一些成绩。但是由于我们水平所限,还有一些问题需要进一步研究和探讨。本文错误与不当之处,望同志们批评指正。
This article explores the application of micro-beam plasma welding in medical surgical instruments. The surgical instruments produced by Shenyang Medical Instrument Factory are made of stainless steel and are mainly imported from Japan. The production of scrap rate of 28 to 30%, about 10,000 annual occurrence of waste about.
