介绍一种利用内啮合齿轮齿圈组成的行星式搅拌装置,称作长幅内旋轮线行星搅拌机,分析对比这种新型的搅拌机和利用外啮合行星齿轮传动的普通行星搅拌机的叶片搅拌轨迹和线速度梯度。针对几何尺寸和运动参数相同、机型不同的两种样机,建立叶片搅拌轨迹参数方程,利用函数曲线仿真软件模拟叶片运动轨迹;计算两种样机的线速度梯度分布。对比分析发现,该新型搅拌机相比普通行星搅拌机而言,其叶片具有幅度更大的、密度相仿的、曲率变化更为剧烈的运动轨迹和较小的线速度梯度,能够同时兼顾搅拌强度与防止离析两方面的要求,对提高搅拌效率具有一定的意义。
