制备了复合材料自修复用微胶囊,通过电镜分析对制备工艺进行了研究,采用红外光谱对微胶囊的结构进行了表征,并将微胶囊与乙烯基酯树脂体系复合,测试了体系的力学性能。结果表明,添加150 mL十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBS)为乳化剂,壁材双环戊二烯加入量为0.222 mol时,可以形成完整的微胶囊结构。添加质量分数2%微胶囊的乙烯基酯树脂体系适合进行复合材料成型,微胶囊对复合材料强度影响不大,模量提高。
The preparation of composite self-healing microcapsules was studied. The preparation process was studied by electron microscopy. The structure of the microcapsules was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The microcapsules were compounded with the vinyl ester resin. The mechanical properties of the composites were tested. . The results showed that a complete microcapsule structure could be formed when 150 mL sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (DBS) was added as an emulsifier and the dosage of dicyclopentadiene was 0.222 mol. The vinyl ester resin system with 2% microcapsule mass fraction was suitable for the molding of composites. The microcapsule had little effect on the strength of the composites and the modulus was increased.
