高职计算机专业存在教学资源紧张、师资队伍专业素质和技能欠缺、项目性课程实施效果差等问题。产教深度融合下的“分段式”教学模式,是对传统教学模式的改革,是一种产业和教学的深度融合,课程分阶段连续教学的教学模式。这种教学模式突出了教学的系统性和完整性,有利于实践性课程的开展,有利于学生职业能力和动手能力的培养,有利于师资队伍能力的提高,有利于校企合作、工学结合,同时,能展开校内生产性实训基地及校外实践基地的建设。但这种教学模式也还存在一定的问题,还需要不断实践完善。
