通过对轧钢机压下螺纹副的弹性接触有限元分析计算,得出了载荷沿轴向在各螺牙上的分配。在此基础上为既降低最大螺牙载荷又提高螺牙载荷分配的均匀性,运用有限元形状优化中的变刚度法对螺母结构进行了优化设计。
Through the finite element analysis of the elastic contact of the rolling mill on the screw pair, the distribution of load on each thread in the axial direction was obtained. Based on this, the nut structure was optimized by using the variable stiffness method in finite element shape optimization to reduce the maximum thread load and improve the uniformity of load distribution.
